How It Works

Three steps. No black boxes. The expert is always in control.

1

Expert Records the Procedure

2 minutes, any phone. Your subject matter expert captures the gold standard — no special equipment needed.

2

AI Generates the SOP in 90 Seconds

But the expert reviews and approves it. AI doesn't get the final say — your people do.

3

Trainees Attempt, AI Scores

AI scores against the expert-approved SOP — not against its own judgment. Objective, repeatable, auditable.

The Skeptic's FAQ

We get it. You've seen too many AI demos that fall apart in the real world. Let's address your concerns directly.

"What if the AI hallucinates?"
It can't override your SOP. The expert-approved document is ground truth. AI compares against it, period.
"Is this just another AI toy?"
We built this with AS9100, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 shops in mind. Timestamped, step-by-step video evidence for every assessment.
"Can it replace our QMS?"
No, and it shouldn't. skillia.AI produces the timestamped competency evidence; your existing quality system stays your system of record.
"What about data security?"
Videos are encrypted at rest and in transit. Your proprietary processes stay proprietary.

Real Results

"A trainee installed a 10,000 lb Andersen Hitch and declared 'done.' They scored 50% — missed torque wrench calibration and two safety-critical side bolts. The AI caught it in 60 seconds."
